Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we make returns easy.

Return window

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange or return (items must be unused, with tags and in the original packaging).

  • EU customers: we honor the 14-day right of withdrawal.

How to request

  • Email us at info@burnier.online with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Within 1–2 business days you’ll receive instructions and, when applicable, a return label.

Refunds

  • We process refunds within 5–10 business days after the item arrives at our facility and passes inspection.

  • Your bank/card may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error/defect.

Exchanges

  • Once your return is shipped, we can reserve and send the replacement (subject to availability) or issue store credit.

Defective item or wrong order

  • We cover it in full: replacement or full refund plus return shipping on us. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Who pays return shipping?

  • Change of mind / size or color exchange: return shipping paid by the customer.

  • Defect, wrong item, or damage in transit: return shipping paid by us.

  • If the product page states “Free Returns,” your return shipping is free as indicated.

Lost or missing package

  • If tracking shows no updates for X days (we suggest 10 business days), please contact us.

  • We’ll open a case with the carrier; if loss is confirmed, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Exceptions

  • Worn/washed items, gift cards, final-sale items, and free gifts aren’t returnable.

  • If you return the main product from a promotion that included a free gift, the gift must be returned as well; otherwise, we will deduct the gift’s value from the refund.

Return address

  • For international returns, please mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties.
